That idea became the beginning of ALTIREYA.

We wanted to find a way to take the landscapes behind our adventures the mountains, valleys, trails and routes and turn them into something real. Something you could hold in your hands, place on your desk, hang on your wall or give to someone who shared that journey with you.

Thousands of coordinates describe where you went. Elevation data describes the world around them. Together, they contain something surprisingly personal: the shape of your journey.

ALTIREYA brings those two worlds together.

Using real terrain data and modern 3D technology, we transform landscapes into physical topographic models. When a personal GPX route is added, the line that once existed only on a digital map becomes part of the terrain itself.

Coordinates become contours.

MORE THAN A 3D PRINT!

Technology makes ALTIREYA possible, but technology isn't the point.

The point is the memory behind it.

3D printing allows us to recreate the smallest ridges and valleys of a landscape layer by layer. Digital elevation data lets us reconstruct places from the real world. GPS data allows a personal route to become part of that landscape.

But none of those things matter without the journey they represent.

We don't simply want to print mountains.

We want to recreate the world around the moments worth remembering.
